Pour. Level.
Wick. Light.
The complete guide to using our granulated wax. Zero bullsh*t.
Start Here.
New to Chandlr? You have two ways in. Both come with everything you need to pour your first candle.
Pour. Level. Wick. Light.
The Chandlr way. Four steps. That's it.
Pour granulated wax into your heat-safe vessel. Fill to your desired level.
Gently shake or tap the vessel to level the wax surface evenly.
Place a Chandlr wick in the center of the wax, pressing it down so it stands upright.
Light the wick and enjoy. The wax melts around the wick as it burns.
One Wax. Six Ways.
Traditional burn is just the beginning. Granulated wax opens up options traditional candles never could.
PLWL Traditional
Pour. Level. Wick. Light. The classic method. Warm glow, clean burn, natural scent throw.
Wax Warmer
Scoop granulated wax directly into an electric wax warmer. No open flame. Scent for hours.
Jar Warmer
Place your vessel on a jar warmer plate. Melts the wax gently. Ideal for offices or bedrooms.
Reuse The Nug
When your wick's done, the leftover wax "nug" still smells amazing. Toss it in a warmer. Waste nothing.
Zen Garden
Fill a wide dish with granulated wax. Add crystals, stones, or dried florals. Aesthetic scent piece.
Mix Scents
Combine scoops of two or three scents in one vessel. Build your own signature blend.
No Bullsh*t.
5–7× The Burn.
Our granulated plant-based wax outlasts traditional candles by 5 to 7 times.
The Diff.
Chandlr scent, portable. Hang it. Move it. Take it anywhere you want a hit of the good stuff.
Hang it in your car. Your closet. Your gym bag. Anywhere.
The Diff is a pre-scented hanging diffuser. No flame. No drops. No refills. Pull it out of the bag and it's ready. Chandlr scent throw wherever you need it.
Pre-loaded with Chandlr fragrance. Nothing to add, nothing to spill.
Depending on airflow and exposure. When it fades, grab a new one.
Rearview mirror, closet, locker, drawer, gym bag. You decide.
Safety First.
Non-negotiable. Read these. Follow these. Every time.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish when leaving a room or before sleep.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Never leave where they can be knocked over.
Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Away from furniture, drapes, bedding, paper, or anything flammable.
Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each use. Long wicks cause uneven burning and flaring.
Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Let it cool fully before relighting.
Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
Extinguish with a snuffer or by dipping the wick. Never use water or liquid.
Keep candles away from drafts, vents, and air currents to prevent uneven burning or sooting.
The Answers.
What kind of wax is Chandlr made of? +
A proprietary blend of soy and palm wax, granulated for maximum burn time and versatility. Plant-based, clean-burning, and formulated to last 5-7x longer than traditional candles.
How long does Chandlr wax burn? +
A Pound (16oz) burns approximately 28+ hours. A Half (8oz) burns 16+ hours. That's 5 to 7 times longer than a traditional soy or paraffin candle of the same weight.
Can I mix different Chandlr scents? +
Yes. That's one of the best things about granulated wax. Scoop different scents into the same vessel to create your own blend. Check our Mix'em Ups section for pairing inspiration.
Do I need a special vessel? +
Any heat-resistant container works. Ceramic, glass, metal, or stone. Just make sure it's stable and can handle sustained heat. The vessel included with The Kit is designed specifically for Chandlr wax.
What if I run out of wicks? +
Grab a pack of The Wicks from our shop. Cotton wicks dipped in natural wax, cut to the ideal length for Chandlr candles.
Can I reuse the leftover wax? +
Absolutely. When your wick is spent, the remaining wax "nug" still holds scent. Toss it in a wax warmer, mix it with fresh granulated wax, or use it in a zen garden setup.
Are Chandlr candles safe for pets? +
Our wax and wicks are clean-burning and plant-based. However, some essential oils can affect pets. Keep candles out of reach, ensure good ventilation, and consult your vet if your pet has respiratory sensitivities.
