Burn it, love it, or send it back. If you're not into your Chandlr within 100 days of delivery, we'll refund you. No interrogation required.

How To Return

• Email support@chandlr-candles.com with your order number.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label.
• Drop the package at any USPS location.

What Can Be Returned

Unopened candles are eligible for a full refund. Opened candles are eligible for store credit — we still want you to find your scent.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after that.
